How the service works
Every pet is cremated individually, so the ashes we return are your own pet’s. There are three ways a pet comes to us. We collect free of charge from vet clinics, so your vet can arrange it with us directly. You can bring your pet to us yourself, by appointment. Or we can collect from your home by prior arrangement, for a fee.
Collections at standard rates are Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm. After hours, at weekends and on public holidays, a surcharge applies. We also offer a collection-only service for owners who would prefer the ashes not be returned.
Bookings are taken during office hours, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, but the phone itself is answered at any hour, including after hours and in an emergency, on the same number.
What we will take you through
If you have just lost your pet, it helps to know what is coming. There are a handful of decisions, and we work through them with you rather than leaving you with a form.
First, how your pet comes to us: from the vet, in to us by appointment, or collected from home. Then we will ask which precious organic items can be cremated with your pet, and which are best not. Then you choose how the ashes come back to you, from the scatter pouch, the ceramic urn, the wooden chest or memorial jewellery. Then you decide the wording on the medallion that will honour your pet. Last, you send us the payment receipt, with the reference code we give you at the booking appointment.

What is included, and what can be added
- Included with every cremation: your choice of a scatter pouch, a standard keepsake urn, or a cuddle bear, at no extra cost.
- Standard urns: marble or black ceramic, handmade, with a medallion included. Urns in other colours are available for a small additional charge, and there is a cat urn among them.
- Scatter pouches: linen or velvet, and environmentally friendly, for owners who intend to scatter the ashes in the garden.
- Wooden chests: locally handcrafted, in jarrah.
- Memorial jewellery: heart-shaped lockets, and medallions that can be engraved.
- The Forever Cuddle Bear: for owners who would rather have something to hold than something on a shelf.
Cost, and how to contact us
Cremation is priced by the pet’s weight, in bands running from the smallest animals — mice, rats, guinea pigs and rabbits — up to dogs of 99 kilograms. The full price list is published on our website, so you can see what a cremation will cost before you ring.
