Home Group is a Western Australian new home builder, and our Bunbury and South West office is at 20 Spencer Street in Bunbury. We build across the region from a range of single and two-storey designs.
Home designs
Our design range covers single storey, two-storey and narrow lot homes, so a design can be matched to the block rather than the other way around.
First home buyers
We work with first home buyers, including on the First Home Owner Grant and Keystart home loans, and we run a hub specifically for people building their first home.
Display homes
Our display homes can be walked through in person, and a virtual display centre is available if you would rather look from home first.
After you move in
We provide a four month maintenance service and take maintenance requests after handover.
