A grape-based distillery in Fremantle
At 3 Pakenham Street, we distil our own base spirit from locally grown Verdelho grapes, the start of our vodka and gin range.
Our venue holds a distillery bar beside the working stills, a cocktail bar, and Da Napoli pizzeria and kitchen. We also run Gin School, where you design your own recipe and distil a bottle, and host functions.
