Wood-fired pizza and hand-rolled pasta are the focus at our Italian restaurant on Ardross Street in Applecross. Our dough is cold-fermented for 48 hours, and the menu also takes in antipasti, mussels and slow-braised mains. We serve lunch and dinner, take bookings and online orders, and host birthdays, engagements and corporate lunches.
