Pizza and panini at Leighton Beach
Our pizza and panini are built on dough inspired by Rome’s pizza alla pala. We use Italian flours and a slow, multi-stage fermentation, then a two-stage bake for a light inside and a crisp crunch. You will find us at the MRKTSPACE venue at Leighton Beach in North Fremantle.
