Curate is our bar and restaurant inside the DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Northbridge on James Street. We serve a cocktail menu alongside dishes with Mediterranean, Spanish and Asian flavours, made with Western Australian produce, including honey from our rooftop. Live music and hosted events are part of what we do.
