Tullybrook Individualised Support Services is an independent, family-owned disability support provider on a farm property at Hay, near Denmark. We work with people aged 15 and over who have an intellectual disability or autism, one to one or in small groups.
Our programs build independence, community connection and pre-employment skills, shaped around each participant’s therapy and NDIS plan goals. Visits are by appointment.
