Autospark has been doing auto electrical and mechanical servicing in Western Australia for more than 40 years. Nine of the branches are in the Perth metropolitan area and one is regional, and that one is us, here in the Great Southern. What we work on
Albany is a farming town, a fishing town and a stopover on the way south, and the vehicles that come through the door reflect that. We work on cars, trucks, SUVs and 4WDs, on trailers and caravans, on farm machinery, and on boats and marine vessels. Our own branch notes cheerfully add golf carts to the list. Twelve-volt fitouts, and a shop you can walk into
A good share of our work is the 12-volt side of a vehicle rather than a fault in it. That means dual battery installations and auxiliary battery systems, deep cycle batteries, lithium battery solutions, solar sales and installation, spotlights and lightbars, electric brakes, custom wiring, and wiring for machinery, tractors and semi-trailers. If you are setting up a 4WD, a motor home or a caravan before a trip, this is the sort of job to bring in early rather than the week you leave.
We are not only a workshop. Our shop carries a wide selection of 12V products, so you can walk in and pick up what you need for a camping trip or a farm project without booking anything at all. Engel fridges are part of that range, and they suit 4WD camping and farm use alike. We also fit Redarc systems for caravans and trailers, Victron Energy products, Stedi spotlights and MSA towing mirrors. Off-site power is part of it too: we supply power solutions such as Yamaha power generators.
