That little bit extra is our line, and it comes down to a few specific things rather than a general promise. We ask clients to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment so there is time to sit down with a cuppa or a champas, or a fruit box for the kids, and settle into the space before anything begins. We suggest booking several treatments in one visit if you would rather have a longer stretch of time than a quick appointment. We run a VIP club by email for offers, and there are birthday discounts alongside our regular specials.
Our brand mark is worth a mention, since people ask. It puts together three things: peacock feathers, a lotus flower and a love heart. The peacock stands for self-confidence, dignity, refinement and beauty. - Brows and lashes: eyebrow and eyelash treatments, plus microblading, which is eyebrow tattooing.
- Waxing, tanning and laser hair reduction: including Techno Tan.
- Make up application and teeth whitening.

On the retail side we stock Intraceuticals and Jabbas Own, and we keep to products that are Australian approved.
Pamper packages
We put together set packages so you know what a visit takes in before you book. Package one is a spa facial with a head, neck and shoulder massage, and runs an hour. Package two is a spa facial with a standard manicure and standard pedicure, and runs two hours. Package three is acrylic nails with tips, a deluxe pedicure and a Techno Tan, and runs three hours and fifteen minutes. Ask us for current prices when you book. We also sell gift cards, and ZipMoney is available as a payment option.
Opening hours and how booking works
We are open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Thursday from 8:00am to 7:00pm, and Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Group bookings can be made after hours, with appointments available on request.
Two things to know before you book. Since 2023 we have required a 50 per cent deposit at the time of booking, online or in person, with the balance due at the end of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, but you can reschedule using the original booking as long as you do it at least 24 hours before the start time. Changes are made through the link in your booking email or by logging in to your Fresha account rather than by messaging us on social media, since those platforms are not monitored regularly. We also cannot treat anyone who is unwell with a contagious illness, so please reschedule if that happens.
