Gary is the builder, and you deal with him directly from concept to contract to completion. Behind him is a long-standing team of contractors who take pride in their workmanship. Renovations are where much of our reputation was built: awkward jobs, and additions that should not end up looking like a box tacked on the side. On schedule and on budget matters more in renovation work than almost anywhere else. When a client tells us they cannot see where the new meets the old, we know the job has gone the way it should.
On the commercial side we take on design and construction work and walk clients through requirements that can be daunting the first time round. Energy efficient design runs through all of it – we would rather you thought about how much energy a home will use over its life, and about the fittings and appliances that go into it, before the slab goes down.
