La Botanic: Florist, Plants and Coffee in Albany WA
La Botanic is a florist in Albany at 20 Proudlove Parade, and a cafe in the same room. We bring together our love of coffee, flowers and indoor plants in a space meant to feel like home.
The shop is Tearyn’s. She describes La Botanic as more than a business — a reflection of her journey as a single mum and business owner — and her little ones are often around the place, adding their own energy to it. The mission she sets out is a plain one: a cosy, inviting atmosphere for everyone who walks through the door. We are locally owned and operated, and we source our flowers and products from nearby suppliers wherever we can.
The flowers
We make up fresh bunches in small, medium and large sizes, and we lean on what grows here, locally sourced banksia stems among them. Our ranges are organised around the occasions people actually come in for: anniversaries, birthdays, get well, new baby and sympathy, along with Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day and Christmas. There is a gifts range alongside the flowers and plants.
Weddings, funerals and other events
We take on arrangements for the days that matter. For weddings that runs to bouquets for the bride and the bridesmaids, buttonholes and corsages, arbours, table arrangements and ceremony flowers. We also arrange funeral flowers. Event work is quoted separately from the shop: email [email protected] or ring 0456 777 735, tell us the date and the setting, and we will work out a quote with you.
Plants and botanical wares
Alongside the flowers we sell indoor plants, potted and ready to go, in sizes from small to large. Supporting local suppliers and staying connected to the community matters to us.
The cafe
Our baristas work with ethically sourced, freshly roasted beans, pouring espresso-based drinks and iced options, and our signature is Gesha coffee. To eat, there are cream cheese bagels, locally made cakes, and grab-and-go lunches and snacks, plus seasonal specials.

Delivery around Albany and the Great Southern
We deliver throughout Albany, Mount Barker and Denmark and the surrounding areas, including Kalgan and Goode Beach, and next business day delivery is available. If you need flowers to arrive the same day, the order cut-offs are 10am for a weekday morning delivery and 1pm for a weekday afternoon, and 11am on weekends and public holidays. If you are not sure whether your address falls inside the run, ring and ask before you order.
