Discover BIG4 Middleton Beach Holiday Park: Middleton Beach accommodation in Albany WA
We are a family-owned holiday park at 28 Flinders Parade, Albany, and the only park in the area with direct access to the sands of Middleton Beach. If you are after Middleton Beach accommodation that puts you on the dunes rather than a drive away from them, that is what we are here for. The park has been in our family for 30 years, and it is run today by Melanie and Josh, parents with a young family of their own here in the Great Southern.
Thirty years of the same family reinvesting in the same park
Three decades in one family means a long habit of annual reinvestment, rather than a park built once and left to age. Melanie and Josh run it now, and they are raising their own young children here, which shows in what has been put in over the years — the solar-heated pool, the mini theatre, the campers kitchen, two playgrounds and the jumping pillow are the things parents put in when they are the ones using the place too. The one thing we could never have built is the position: direct access to the sand at Middleton Beach. Everything else has been added a piece at a time.
Beach houses, villas, chalets and cabins
Everything here is fully self-contained, with private kitchens, bathrooms and linen provided — just bring your beach towels.

Pool, theatre, campers kitchen and a general store
We have a solar-heated swimming pool and an indoor hydro spa, a purpose-built surround-sound mini theatre, two playgrounds, a large jumping pillow, a recreation room, a guest lounge with a book exchange and BBQ areas around the park. Our campers kitchen has a wood fireplace, which earns its keep in an Albany winter. Kids Club runs through the school holidays. Our general store, in the main reception building, is the only shop in the immediate Middleton Beach area and serves locals as well as guests: groceries, drinks, souvenirs, gas bottle refills, DVD hire and tourist information, open seven days from 8am to 8pm in low and mid season and 8am to 9pm in high season. Accessible facilities include a dedicated accessible bathroom in the amenities block and ground-level wide-door access to the recreation building, the Kids Club room and the campers kitchen.
Meetings, tours and making a booking
We also hire out two rooms for meetings and conferences. The Lounge sits above reception with ocean views and seats up to twelve, with an internet desk, TV, Wi-Fi, a kitchenette and reverse cycle air conditioning. The Conference Room is a ground-level space in the recreation centre for up to fifteen, with a projector, sound system, Wi-Fi and its own kitchenette and toilets nearby. Both rooms are hired by the day for in-house guests and by the hour for everyone else, subject to availability, so ring reception for the current rates. Reception also books tours and hands out maps and brochures. Call us on 1800 644 674 or (08) 9841 3593, email [email protected], or book online — and check the booking calendar for minimum stays, which apply over school holidays and long weekends.
