Locally owned, and no job too small or too big
We are locally owned and operated and we do not set a minimum or a maximum job size. Rainor Marshall owns and runs the business, and our contact page says it plainly: call the owner directly. For a job that depends on where a pipe runs or how a slope sits, that is usually a shorter conversation than it would otherwise be.

The grapple on the excavator
In August 2020 we added a fully rotating grapple to our excavator. We do a lot of rubbish clean up, small demolition jobs, big rock walls and tree removal, and the grapple makes those jobs much quicker, which in turn makes them more economical for our customers. If you have a pile of storm debris, a tree that has to come out, or a shed that needs pulling down and carting away, that is the machine the job will be done with. Firebreaks, asset protection zones and BAL clearing
A solid share of our work is bushfire related, which is ordinary enough in this part of the state. We cut firebreaks, we do mulching and slashing, and we take on asset protection zones and BAL compliant clearing. If you are building on a bush block, that clearing tends to come up early in the process, so it is worth getting a quote before the build timeline is set rather than after.
Pads, driveways and retaining
On the building side we put in sand pads for houses, sheds and tanks, compacted and ready to go, and we prepare sites for concrete. We install driveways and crossovers along with the drainage that goes with them, and we resurface existing ones. For retaining we work in limestone, concrete L panels and rock walls, so the material can suit the block rather than the block having to suit the material.
Trenching and what goes under the ground
