NDIS support from our Port Hedland office
Companion Health is a registered NDIS provider with an office on Sutherland Street in Port Hedland. From here we support participants across the Pilbara, including South Hedland, with locally based support workers and visiting clinical staff.
Our services cover supported independent living and accommodation, personal care and daily living, community participation, support coordination and community nursing. Karratha is serviced on request.
