Traditional nougat from the Swan Valley
Our Swan Valley factory makes traditional Italian nougat from Australian honey, eggs and nuts, and we sell it from our shop and café on site. We are a family business, and visitors can watch the nougat being made through our viewing area while they enjoy something from the café.
